Bu kullanım şartları, "Has Batak" uygulamasını (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsın.
Uygulama sana kişisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı verir. Uygulamayı:
Uygulama ve içeriği geliştiriciye aittir; yalnızca kullanım hakkı sana tanınır.
Uygulamayı kullanırken:

Uygulama içi satın alımlar (örn. "Reklamları Kaldır" — tek seferlik, tüketilmez) Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme, iade, geri ödeme ve fatura süreçleri ilgili platformun politikasına tabidir:
Geliştirici, doğrudan ödeme veya iade işlemi yapmaz. "Satın alımları geri yükle" seçeneği aynı Apple/Google hesabıyla giriş yapan tüm cihazlarda satın alımı kurtarmak için kullanılabilir.
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilir. Reklam içerikleri geliştiricinin kontrolünde değildir. Reklamları kaldırmak için "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımını tamamlayabilirsin.
Uygulamanın veri işleme biçimi Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanmıştır. Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikası'nı da kabul etmiş sayılırsın.
Geliştirici, Uygulamayı dilediği zaman güncelleme, değiştirme veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Güncellemeler yeni özellik ekleyebilir, mevcut özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" (as-is) ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" (as-available) sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde geliştirici:
Bu sınırlama, tüketici koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki zorunlu hakları etkilemez.
Bu şartları ihlal edersen lisansın otomatik olarak sona erer. Uygulamayı cihazından silerek her zaman kullanımı durdurabilirsin. Fesih, ödenmiş satın alımların geri iadesini gerektirmez.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir; tüketici mevzuatı uyarınca tüketici hakem heyetlerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellenen sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Uygulamayı güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

These Terms govern your use of the "Has Batak" application (hereinafter "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms.
The App grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it. You may not:
The App and its contents belong to the developer; you are only granted the right to use it.
While using the App, you agree:
In-app purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads" — one-time, non-consumable) are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, refund, and billing procedures are governed by the respective platform's policy:
The developer does not process payments or refunds directly. "Restore Purchases" can be used to recover a purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple/Google account.
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is not controlled by the developer. You can remove ads by completing the "Remove Ads" purchase.
The App's data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. Updates may add new features, change existing ones, or remove them.
The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer:
This limitation does not affect mandatory rights under consumer protection law.
Violating these Terms automatically terminates your license. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes; consumer arbitration boards remain available under consumer law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
