Bu gizlilik politikası, "Has Batak" uygulamasının (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kullanıcı verilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır. Hesap oluşturma, kayıt olma, bulut senkronizasyonu veya çevrimiçi çok oyunculu modu yoktur. Oyun verisi (istatistikler, başarımlar, ayarlar, devam eden oyun) yalnızca cihazında saklanır; geliştiriciye gönderilmez.
Uygulama yalnızca dört üçüncü taraf servisi kullanır:
Uygulama aşağıdaki verileri yalnızca cihazının yerel depolamasında (AsyncStorage) tutar. Bu veriler sunucuya gönderilmez:

Uygulamayı silersen bu veriler de silinir. Uygulama içinden istatistikleri ve başarımları sıfırlama seçeneği de sunulmaktadır (İstatistik ekranı → Sıfırla).
Uygulama, ücretsiz sürümde turlar arasında, 3 turda bir interstitial (tam ekran) reklam gösterir. AdMob aşağıdaki verileri işleyebilir:
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar: iOS'ta ilk açılışta App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izni sorulur. İzin verirsen kişiselleştirilmiş, vermezsen genel reklamlar gösterilir. Android'de cihaz ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsin.

"Reklamları Kaldır" (tek seferlik) satın alması doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme ve fatura bilgilerin geliştiriciye iletilmez — yalnızca platform tarafından sağlanan satın alma makbuzu doğrulanır. Geliştirici kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgilerine erişmez.
Uygulama, yalnızca üretim sürümünde çökme ve hata raporlarını otomatik olarak Sentry'ye gönderebilir. Bu raporlarda:

Uygulama açılırken, mağazaya gerek kalmadan gelen hata düzeltmelerini Expo'nun güncelleme sunucusundan (EAS Update) kontrol eder ve varsa indirir. Bu istekte yalnızca platform (iOS/Android), uygulama sürümü ve güncelleme kanalı gibi teknik bilgiler ile bağlantının IP adresi yer alır; kişisel veri, oyun istatistiğin veya kart hareketin gönderilmez. Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan veri toplamayız.
Türkiye'de ikamet eden kullanıcılar 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:
Uygulama cihaz dışına veri göndermediği için bu talepleri doğrudan kendin uygulayabilirsin (uygulamayı silmek veya ayarlardan sıfırlama). Üçüncü taraf servisler (AdMob, Sentry, Expo) için ilgili servisin kendi politikasına başvurman gerekir.
AB/EEA kullanıcıları için GDPR kapsamındaki haklar da benzer şekilde geçerlidir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de uygulama, reklam için verilerinin kullanılmasına izin verip vermediğini Google'ın onay penceresiyle sorar; seçimini istediğin zaman Ayarlar > Gizlilik Seçenekleri'nden değiştirebilirsin.
Uygulama yerel verilerin bütünlüğünü korumak için platformun standart izolasyon mekanizmalarını (iOS sandbox, Android app-specific storage) kullanır. Cihaz güvenliği için kod kilidi veya biyometrik kullanman önerilir.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bildirim gösterilebilir.

This privacy policy describes how the "Has Batak" application (hereinafter "the App") handles user data.
The App runs offline. There is no account creation, sign-up, cloud sync, or online multiplayer. Game data (statistics, achievements, settings, game-in-progress) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer.
The App only uses four third-party services:
The App stores the following data only in your device's local storage (AsyncStorage). This data is never transmitted to any server:

Uninstalling the App removes this data. You can also reset statistics and achievements from inside the App (Stats screen → Reset).
In the free version the App shows an interstitial (full-screen) ad between rounds, once every 3 rounds. AdMob may process:
Personalized ads: On iOS you are asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission at first launch. If granted, you'll see personalized ads; otherwise, generic ads. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or disable ad personalization in system settings.

The "Remove Ads" purchase (one-time) is processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment and billing information is not transmitted to the developer — only the purchase receipt provided by the platform is verified. The developer does not access your credit card or payment details.
In production builds, the App may automatically send crash and error reports to Sentry. These reports include:

When the App starts, it checks Expo's update server (EAS Update) for bug fixes delivered without the store and downloads them if available. The request contains only technical information such as platform (iOS/Android), app version and update channel, plus the connection's IP address; no personal data, game statistics, or card actions are sent. The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
Residents of Türkiye are protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and have the following rights:
Since the App does not send data off-device, you can exercise these rights directly (uninstall the App or use in-app reset). For third-party services (AdMob, Sentry, Expo) please refer to their own privacy policies.
EU/EEA users have equivalent rights under GDPR. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the App asks, through Google's consent message, whether your data may be used for ads; you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy Options.
The App relies on the platform's standard isolation mechanisms (iOS sandbox, Android app-specific storage) to protect local data integrity. Using a device passcode or biometric lock is recommended.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page; significant changes may be announced within the App.
